I don't believe in one-size-fits-all recipes. Every person has a unique story, which is why my approach is integrative: I blend techniques from different therapeutic schools to build a personalised process, adapted to your own pace and needs.
My way of working rests on two pillars. Integrative psychotherapy and clinical psychology: the base direction through which I look at mind, body and emotions as a whole, assessing and addressing difficulties from a holistic, scientifically grounded perspective. Art therapy and land art: because sometimes words are not enough, I use creative-expressive means (drawing, painting, modelling, metaphor, elements from nature) that help bring blocked or hard-to-name emotions to the surface.
