Alina Ioana Beldianu, integrative psychotherapist and clinical psychologist

About me

Welcome to my space! I'm Alina Beldianu, integrative psychotherapist and clinical psychologist. I invite you to start a guided inner journey with me, one I'll walk alongside you with warmth, gentleness and genuine presence.

On this journey you'll be able to explore where your own life script came from, and to find the resources to rewrite it. Understanding your past, you'll discover the strength to let go of the old patterns and to live present, free and whole, in line with your authentic self, your values and the principles you live by.

I have varied experience facilitating processes of change, both in individual sessions and in group events, indoors and outdoors: emotional-support workshops, programmes for women, mindfulness, experiential inner journeys, retreats and personal-development camps, through creative-expressive means such as art therapy and land art.

How the first session works

The two facing armchairs in the therapy room, where sessions take place

Taking the first step toward therapy can come with a lot of questions. It's completely natural to wonder what to expect. Our first meeting is, in essence, a bridge, a safe, confidential and judgement-free space where we get to know each other and lay the groundwork for working together.

  1. Getting to know each other

We settle in with one another. This is when you notice how you feel in my presence, whether my way of working resonates with you, and whether this feels like the space you need.

  2. Clarifying what's going on now

We talk about what brought you into the room. What's weighing on you, or what challenges are pressing on your life and relationships right now?

  3. Personal history

We sketch a short map of your past. We take a broad look at your personal and family history to understand the wider context in which your current patterns or states took shape.

  4. Setting the frame and the goals

Together we define what you want to get out of this process, and we settle the practical logistics: how often we meet, how long each session runs, and the cancellation rules.

The thought I invite you to start with: the first session doesn't come with the pressure to resolve everything in the first hour. Its only role is to give you a space where you're heard, understood and validated exactly as you are right now.
